What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership to develop and refine 1- and 3-year strategic plans.
• Manage the full product development budget, providing guidance on spend drivers and investment trade-offs.
• Develop financial models to analyze complex business scenarios and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of executive-level financial reviews and narratives for the GM organization.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 6–7 finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing AI-first tools and best-in-class reporting standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Demonstrated track record of leading finance teams of 5 or more in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience partnering directly with C-Suite and SVP-level executives.
• Experience in technology or SaaS environments preferred.
• Strong analytical orientation and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• MBA, CFA, and/or CPA strongly preferred; BS/BA required.
