What you will do

• Manage annual budgets and forecasts for R&D departments including Engineering, Product, Support, and InfoSec.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to compare actual Opex against budget and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and track functional Opex and AWS spending to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track Opex efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with R&D leadership to align financial models with strategic business goals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience within a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a finance-related field.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in EST/CST time zones.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for complex financial and business modeling.
• Strong analytical abilities and business acumen for high-growth organization environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
