Financial Analyst / Finance Business Partner: Advisor (FinTech/SaaS): Perform highly complex financial analyses on cash flow, operating results, capital requirements, and investment opportunities with an accent on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Focus on developing financial frameworks, evaluating capital expenditures, conducting economic research, and providing consultative recommendations to senior leadership.

Location: Hybrid in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO. Must come into the office as requested by manager for team meetings and collaboration. Up to 5% travel.

What you will do

• Perform complex financial analyses on cash flow, operating results, business plans, rates of return, and capital requirements.
• Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for planning and control, including forecasts and operating budgets.
• Gather and analyze data for recommendations on financial plans, acquisitions, trended requirements, and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciation, profit plans, and financial statements.
• Act as consultant to management on financial policies, procedures, and special studies for budgets and forecasts.
• Assist peers and may lead teams as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years in Strategic Finance, P&L Ownership, Accounting, Finance Business Partner, Finance Operations, Corporate Finance, or FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis, reporting).
• Experience in FinTech/SaaS or supporting a technical business unit.
• Advanced MS Excel for building financial models.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet aggressive deadlines; strong business acumen.
• Ability to work extended hours and up to 5% travel.

• Experience with Project/Capital Planning.
• Financial or fintech industry experience.
• OneStream, Power Query, or Power BI.
