What you will do

• Manage and optimize production schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Lead and develop a high-performing production workforce and provide direct oversight of Production Shift Supervisors.
• Utilize continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Achieve and sustain world-class Plant Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards through regular audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategic policies to align production goals with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Proven experience in plant manufacturing and Process Safety Management.
• Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Obetz, OH
