What you will do

• Lead manufacturing SSQDC strategies and evaluate methods to increase production efficiency.
• Direct the workflow of the production department and lead hourly employees in compliance with company standards.
• Champion continuous improvement processes and implement LEAN principles across the team.
• Perform root cause failure analysis for production area issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage employee relations, including performance reviews and the administration of union contracts.
• Collaborate with safety functions to maintain a safe production environment and adhere to OSHA standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 6 years in a production leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA standards, product quality, and cost control.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Middleton, TN.
