What you will do
- Conduct cold calling to dental offices to introduce staffing services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and pitching to onboarding and activation.
- Lead price negotiation conversations with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain an organized pipeline of leads and outreach records.
- Overcome objections and articulate the platform's value proposition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role with a focus on self-generated lead generation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales pipeline end-to-end.
- Fluency in English speaking and writing.
- Availability to work US Pacific Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT).
- Stable high-speed internet and a computer workstation.
