Location: Must be based in Belgium (Full-remote or hybrid via hubs in Ghent, Brussels, or Antwerp)

What you will do

  • Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and dissatisfaction signals to implement proactive solutions.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote massive adoption among employees and admins.
  • Analyze consumption reports and present them to customers through regular business reviews.
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives and renegotiate contracts for sustainable profitability.
  • Collaborate with Product teams, acting as the voice of the customer to drive service evolution.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be located in Belgium.
  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a track record of over-performance.
  • Experience working with companies of more than 150 employees.
  • Strong negotiation, lobbying, and analytical skills for data-based reporting.
  • Growth mindset and a strong interest in the healthcare sector.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French.
  • Previous experience in Insurance or the employee benefits industry.
