• Direct resources, budgets, and tactics across multichannel campaigns to achieve pipeline targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of demand generation specialists to drive nurture and acquisition programs.
• Optimize campaign performance using data insights to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
• Forecast and measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Partner with Sales teams to ensure lead quality and alignment with growth goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 7-10 years of marketing experience.
• 5+ years of experience in people management or overseeing complex projects.
• Proven experience owning multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive revenue impact.
• Expertise in segmentation analysis, targeting strategy, and campaign design.
• History of achieving pipeline goals in a quota-bearing environment.
