What you will do

  • Design, execute, and optimize integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive awareness and qualified leads.
  • Build a messaging playbook based on buyer conversations to refine personas and overcome objections.
  • Develop a content and enablement library including decks, one-pagers, and customer success stories.
  • Create sales tools such as talk tracks, battlecards, and competitive comparisons.
  • Manage CRM, lead routing, and reporting dashboards to track performance and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to align on targeting and timing.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B SaaS experience owning a marketing function, ideally at a Series A or B startup.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline-generating programs with measurable revenue results.
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for producing clear, persuasive copy quickly.
  • Analytical ownership of CRM and reporting dashboards.
  • Must be eligible for US-based benefits (401k, US health insurance).

Nice to have

  • Background in privacy, compliance, or data governance ecosystems.
  • Experience in AI, data, or SaaS environments.
  • AI-native proficiency using AI tools to accelerate output without sacrificing quality.
