Location: Fairfax, Virginia, US

Salary: $200,000 – $260,000 Base, $400,000 – $475,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and support the Government, Healthcare, and Education (GHE) sales team to achieve revenue and market-share objectives.
  • Identify and engage institutional customers and partners to close net-new opportunities and drive account expansion.
  • Optimize and execute regional sales strategies and tactical game plans for SLED, Healthcare, and Education sectors.
  • Establish strict net-new sales KPIs and use SFDC to manage productivity, control the pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to provide GHE market insights and regulatory feedback.
  • Reinforce the GTM model, ensuring alignment between internal teams and channel partners (resellers, SIs, distributors, and MSPs).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience leading regional teams of 8+ people, including multiple levels of management.
  • Proven track record of enterprise software revenue attainment of $70M+.
  • Deep experience in enterprise SaaS sales focused on ARR, NRR, and NPS.
  • Expertise in public sector procurement processes (RFPs, NASPO, GSA schedules) and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FERPA, StateRAMP/CJIS).
  • Technical ability to communicate the value of cyber resilience and Zero Trust architectures to analytical buyers.
  • Willingness and ability to conduct national travel as required.
