What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for design tasks and maintain AEC equipment and networks.
• Support pre-sales activities, including site research, technical design, and proof-of-concept work.
• Conduct virtual sales calls, partner trainings, and site walkthroughs.
• Provide design training and best practices for the sales organization, channel partners, and end customers.
• Analyze technical support trends and manage escalated tickets to improve service quality.
• Research and identify ways to optimize service offerings for Axis partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI.
• 3+ years of industry experience in customer-facing roles related to systems design, engineering, or project management.
• Extensive experience in system design (site surveys, camera placement, network design, Visio, CAD).
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, routers, switches, and VPNs.
• Deep understanding of image quality, video transport protocols, and compression technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in IT, networking, computer science, or security risk management.
