Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 Annually

What you will do
- Own end-to-end customer relationships for the largest and most strategic deployments.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and the internal engineering team to represent the voice of the customer.
- Drive adoption and measurable operational outcomes at the executive level.
- Partner with senior agency leaders to translate technical delivery into long-term value and expansion.
- Manage scope, risk, and complex cross-functional coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
- Must be based in the SF Bay Area to facilitate travel (approximately 60% of the time).
- Experience working in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical fluency sufficient to partner credibly with IT, Product, and Deployment teams.
