Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco or Austin, Texas
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage customer implementations to ensure platform value and high adoption levels.
- Navigate multiple organizational departments to expand use cases and business value.
- Deliver presentations and trainings, providing best practice recommendations and creative solutions.
- Lead the community through thought leadership and event development.
- Collaborate with the product team to influence the vision and roadmap.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume Enterprise-level accounts.
- Must be based in San Francisco or Austin, Texas.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or professional services.
- Experience building strong C-level executive relationships.
- Ability to deliver technical solutions and reporting/dashboards to senior audiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment.
