What you will do

• Develop and own the brand tone of voice and personality from the ground up.
• Overhaul customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams to improve long-tail conversion and engagement.
• Translate complex, dry financial and automotive topics into empathetic, human-centric copy.
• Drive brand affinity through creative organic content and community engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a strong focus on copywriting.
• Proven track record in organic growth channels including email, SMS, and social media.
• Experience working with consumer-facing brands.
• Ability to translate qualitative data and user pain points into resonant marketing copy.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
