What you will do

• Build and mentor global, remote teams with a focus on coaching, succession planning, and people development.
• Establish governance frameworks, design standards, and KPIs to elevate platform maturity and delivery quality across the Workday ecosystem.
• Lead and refine user story discussions to align with H2R features and value stream objectives.
• Maintain the long-term integrity of the H2R solutions (primarily Workday) and drive platform modernization efforts.
• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to incorporate new functionality and emerging AI capabilities.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity by creating and implementing data maintenance processes and audits.

Requirements

• 10 years experience in HCM systems, preferable in Workday.
• 5 years+ people management experience, with a strong leadership presence and proven track record of building, leading, and inspiring global technical teams.
• The ability to lead and build in the system, along with a forward-looking mentality to adopt emerging AI capabilities.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages and actionable plans.
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
