hirify.global is recruiting for a premier US-based IT Consulting and Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in healthcare IT infrastructure.

What you will do

• Break down complex project goals into daily actionable tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain meticulous project plans, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding, including discovery, scoping, and transition to support.
• Manage critical path dependencies, risks, and change orders to keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Oversee testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and approval gates for technical implementations.
• Lead status meetings with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) of project management experience.
• Direct experience within an MSP or IT services environment involving technical deployments.
• Proven expertise with Critical Path Method (CPM) and complex dependency management.
• Familiarity with cloud migrations (Azure, AWS), Microsoft 365, and general IT infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, ConnectWise Manage, or Autotask.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or CompTIA Project+ certification strongly preferred.
