Implementation Manager

TL;DR

Implementation Manager: End-to-end ownership of client implementations, new file setups, renewals, and organizational initiatives with an accent on project planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on facilitating calls, tracking tasks and dependencies, managing deliverables, and ensuring launch readiness.

Location: Dallas, TX | Hybrid 2-3x a week

What you will do

• Own implementations internally and externally, including client, vendor, and internal calls
• Develop project plans, track tasks, dependencies, progress, risks, and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functionally to refine SOPs, resources, and trackable metrics for successful launches
• Serve as primary point of contact for operational projects, customizations, and requirements gathering
• Manage and QA client launch deliverables, timelines, and status updates
• Create and manage process flows and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years relevant experience in project management and/or implementation
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholders
• Experience in processes and task management
• Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce)
