What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple Professional Services projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating kick-off meetings and regular status check-ins.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, solution architects, and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Track and report project performance, including KPIs, financials, and resource usage.
• Conduct post-project reviews to contribute to improvements in execution frameworks and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing client-facing projects within Professional Services, Consulting, or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including potential international travel.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certifications.
• Background in health information technology, electronic medical records, or familiarity with HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience with distributed cloud computing dependencies like VPNs and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Confluence, DevOps, Clarity, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
