What you will do

• Manage Professional Services projects through the full lifecycle under the guidance of senior team members.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs.
• Serve as a supporting point of contact for clients and facilitate project kickoff meetings and status updates.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and solution architects to drive successful project outcomes.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and prepare status dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project documentation in accordance with company standards and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in project coordination, project support, or a client-facing role.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Familiarity with common project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
• Based in Ohio, United States.

Nice to have

• CAPM certification or enrollment in a PMP or CSM program.
• Exposure to Professional Services, Consulting, or SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of health data standards such as HL7 or FHIR and healthcare workflows.
• General awareness of cloud computing concepts, including VPNs and security certificates.
