Location: Hybrid in Oakville, Ontario

Salary: $91,500 - $110,000

Leading provider of purpose-built, cloud-based software designed to streamline procurement, budgeting, payments, and grants management for public sector and government organizations.

What you will do

  • Design and optimize onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure quick ramp-up for new sales hires.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to manage a centralized repository of case studies, battle cards, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and RevOps to refine sales processes and workflows.
  • Track key enablement metrics such as win rates and content usage to inform future programs.
  • Liaise between frontline sales teams and internal product/marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B sales, or sales operations.
  • Background in SaaS or GovTech environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS platforms, and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong project management, change management, and data analysis skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Oakville, Ontario (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with or in public sector organizations.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales.
