Salary: $91,500 - $110,000

What you will do
- Design and optimize onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure quick ramp-up for new sales hires.
- Partner with Product Marketing to manage a centralized repository of case studies, battle cards, and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and RevOps to refine sales processes and workflows.
- Track key enablement metrics such as win rates and content usage to inform future programs.
- Liaise between frontline sales teams and internal product/marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B sales, or sales operations.
- Background in SaaS or GovTech environments.
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS platforms, and sales engagement tools.
- Strong project management, change management, and data analysis skills.
- Must be based in or able to work in Oakville, Ontario (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience working with or in public sector organizations.
- Previous experience in B2B sales.
