TL;DR

Director, Field Sales (SaaS): Driving partner supply growth for ClassPass across the US and Canada with an accent on sales strategy, team leadership, and high-level negotiation. Focus on managing Regional Sales Managers, optimizing partner acquisition, and developing a Center for Sales Excellence.

Location: Remote (Must reside within the designated region supported in the United States or Canada)

Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 base + $65,000 uncapped commission target

What you will do

  • Create and implement sales strategies to drive ClassPass supply acquisition, optimization, and retention targets.
  • Manage and coach a team of 6-8 Regional Sales Managers to ensure over-achievement of business goals.
  • Serve as the primary negotiation backstop to support the team in landing the most challenging deals.
  • Drive an ROI-based talent acquisition strategy with a focus on market opportunity sizing and succession planning.
  • Foster impactful connections within the regional Fitness and Wellness industries through conferences and field visits.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Executive Leadership to monitor sales funnels and report on status of efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • 5-7 years of progressive B2B Sales Management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience managing other managers.
  • Proven track record as a B2B Sales Individual Contributor.
  • Experience in Field Sales Expansion and knowledge of SMB clients.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
