Location: Remote (Must reside within the designated region supported in the United States or Canada)
Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 base + $65,000 uncapped commission target

What you will do
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive ClassPass supply acquisition, optimization, and retention targets.
- Manage and coach a team of 6-8 Regional Sales Managers to ensure over-achievement of business goals.
- Serve as the primary negotiation backstop to support the team in landing the most challenging deals.
- Drive an ROI-based talent acquisition strategy with a focus on market opportunity sizing and succession planning.
- Foster impactful connections within the regional Fitness and Wellness industries through conferences and field visits.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Executive Leadership to monitor sales funnels and report on status of efforts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- 5-7 years of progressive B2B Sales Management experience, preferably in SaaS.
- 3+ years of experience managing other managers.
- Proven track record as a B2B Sales Individual Contributor.
- Experience in Field Sales Expansion and knowledge of SMB clients.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
