What you will do

• Coordinate engagement kit requests and approvals with federal leads.
• Manage tracking and status reporting for active engagement kits, including timelines and SLAs.
• Handle software license procurement and hardware shipment logistics for field devices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for engagement leads, analysts, and case managers.
• Maintain detailed engagement documentation, configuration records, and inventory of available resources.
• Facilitate communication and resource allocation between technical teams and operational staff.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, coordination, or program management.
• Experience working with federal government stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (or HS diploma with 7+ years of experience).
• Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting cybersecurity or incident response operations.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and terminology.
• Background in IT service management (ITIL) or operations.
• Experience with ticketing and workflow management systems.
