What you will do

• Identify and evaluate relevant industry trade shows based on audience, cost, and ROI potential.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with organizers, venues, and vendors.
• Prepare and oversee event budgets, including venue securing and booth layouts.
• Coordinate all travel, accommodation, and registration logistics for staff.
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Team to support event promotion via social media and email campaigns.
• Oversee on-site floor operations and prepare comprehensive post-event success reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing small to large scale trade shows.
• Must be based in or work from the office in Orlando, Florida.
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak seasons.
• Proven success in budget management and negotiating with vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, or Public Relations (preferred).
• CMP certification (preferred).
