What you will do

• Coordinate and evaluate administrative operational functions in support of cyber and intelligence missions.
• Synchronize staff actions, tasks, and events using Operations Trackers and DARTs.
• Manage senior-level VTC meetings, Town Halls, and executive conferences, including space deconfliction and document dissemination.
• Develop modern business methods and identify best practices to create and assess performance measurements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through group facilitation, interviewing, and training.
• Manage and execute project teams to achieve organizational goals using various tools and technologies.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and SCI clearance active within the last 2 years.
• Must work full time on-site in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.
• 5+ years of experience supporting military or intelligence missions.
• Experience providing supervision and direction to subordinates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with intermediate Excel skills.
• Understanding of process improvement and reengineering methodologies.

Nice to have

• Polygraph clearance within the last 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+) or equivalent certification.
• 10+ years of experience supporting military or intelligence missions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and data visualization.
