TL;DR
Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity): Leading the end-to-end mapping of technology identification and requirements for CISA Threat Hunt with an accent on workflow optimization and system integration. Location: Onsite in Arlington, VA. Must have U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end mapping of new technology identification and requirements across CISA Threat Hunt.
- Develop visual diagrams including process flows, swimlanes, and dependency maps to illustrate systemic impacts.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate workflows and uncover cross-functional dependencies.
- Document current and future-state workflows, identifying key activities, inputs, and outputs.
- Analyze gaps in existing processes and recommend systemic changes to leadership.
- Deliver actionable documentation to support strategic planning and operational readiness.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability.
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and architecture development.
- Technical expertise in networking, threat hunt incident response tools, cloud technologies, and databases.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity attack-mitigation techniques and Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) processes.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevSecOps practices.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with architectural views including DODAF and FEAF.
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST 800-37/800-53 security controls.
- Experience with requirements management tools, specifically DOORS.
- Prior experience working with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
- Relevant certifications such as DoD 8140 IAT Level II, CSEP, or SAFe certifications.
