What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals in a player-coach capacity to drive accountability and quality.
  • Execute go-to-market plans aligned with Microsoft services, priority industries, and sales plays.
  • Own marketing performance metrics, budget allocation, and ROI analysis for revenue leadership.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and Cognizant channel teams to activate joint campaigns and co-sell motions.
  • Translate service offerings into differentiated messaging, positioning, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Strategize and execute partner-led and industry events to strengthen relationships and generate pipeline.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, cloud, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management within a matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record of executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline in partnership with sales.
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems like Microsoft or Cognizant.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Must be based in the US; company cannot sponsor work visas.
