What you will do

• Partner with executive VPs, Regional Managers, and Directors to qualify and hire top-producing Loan Officers and Branch Managers.
• Develop strategic growth action plans for target markets, tracking metrics from first contact to successful hire.
• Conduct passive candidate searches using Boolean strings, cold calling, and professional networking techniques.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate reporting within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with current and future business needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience specifically as a mortgage sales recruiter.
• Experience in a loan originator, branch, or mortgage production environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing retail mortgage loan originators or sales call center staff.
• Proficiency in working with ATS or CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
