What you will do

• Maintain centralized tracking of IT contracts, including renewals, funding sources, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate operational procurement processes, including purchase orders and vendor onboarding.
• Reconcile IT operational spend and provide monthly actuals tracking and variance analysis.
• Partner with IT Directors and Managers to consolidate and submit annual operational budgets.
• Prepare financial summaries and dashboards for IT leadership reviews and governance forums.
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate, traceable contract and invoice records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
• 2 years of experience in IT financial operations, contract administration, or budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong financial, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience collaborating with Procurement and Legal teams on contract activities.
