Electrical Engineer (Mission Critical)

Location: Brookhaven, Mississippi or Gulfport, Mississippi, USA. In-office or hybrid work; travel under 20%.

What you will do

• Design electrical systems for hyperscale data centers, defense projects, and other mission critical infrastructure.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis using software such as Power Tools and ETAP.
• Lead technical project work based on experience and coordinate with owners, contractors, and design partners.
• Mentor junior design staff, delegate tasks, and support delivery across overlapping project schedules.
• Perform quality control of electrical engineering work products.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in electrical engineering design or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related ABET-accredited program.
• Required Professional Engineer license.
• Experience with medium- and low-voltage power systems and high-resiliency mission critical designs.
• Proficiency with Revit and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Brookhaven or Gulfport office; willingness to travel under 20%.
