What you will do

• Perform conventional structural analysis and design for traditional steel and concrete structures.
• Apply wind and seismic lateral analysis principles, ensuring compliance with building codes.
• Partner with structural designers and drafting teams to integrate structural requirements into 3D models and design documents.
• Take ownership of assigned structural scope, meeting project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to structural designers, drafters, and junior engineers.
• Conduct field walks and technical evaluations within active construction and industrial environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, with a specific emphasis in Structural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in structural engineering and design.
• Hands-on proficiency with designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures.
• Proficient with commercial structural engineering analysis software (e.g., STAAD).
• Familiarity with cross-discipline coordination and markup tools such as Navisworks and Bluebeam.

Nice to have

• Experience leading small technical teams or task assignments.
• Previous exposure to heavy industrial, general industrial, or advanced technology facilities.
