What you will do

• Lead project teams performing general contracting work, including specialty foundations, concrete, structures, and utilities.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and craft workers to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to budgets.
• Develop project-specific safety and work plans, ensuring strict compliance with OSHA and USACE EM385.1.1 guidelines.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to outline timetables, evaluate progress, and update micro-schedules.
• Manage project logistics, perform site inspections, and oversee punch-list completion and project closeout.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Proven experience managing multiple trades and numerous craft personnel.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
• Ability to travel extensively to various project sites across the United States.
• Proficiency in reading and executing project specifications, blueprints, and contract documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desired.

• Previous experience managing heavy civil or complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Federal, State, or DOT contracts and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and ProCore.
