Salary: $120,750 - $144,637.50 per year

What you will do

• Lead all on-site field operations and supervise labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Coordinate daily activities across electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, and networking trades.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative to General Contractor superintendents and owner representatives.
• Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules aligned with the GC master schedule.
• Enforce QA/QC standards across the full lifecycle of installation, startup, and commissioning.
• Own site safety execution, ensuring compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in field supervision for mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex MEP construction.
• Proven experience supervising multi-trade construction sites and managing subcontractors.
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and commissioning workflows.
• Proficiency with digital field tools such as Procore or BIM 360.
• Valid driver's license and REAL ID/Passport for domestic travel.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
