Salary: $63,000 - $76,650 per year

What you will do
- Perform hands-on installation tasks including device mounting, cable routing, terminations, and equipment setup.
- Execute testing, checkout, and verification activities under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Coordinate task sequencing with adjacent trades and communicate progress and material needs to leadership.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas using hand and power tools.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and project-specific safety requirements.
- Support closeout documentation, including redlines and punchlists.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in construction, electrical, or controls field roles.
- Must relocate to or reside in the specified cities in GA, TX, or NM.
- Valid driver’s license and REAL ID or passport required for domestic travel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in active construction environments (ladders, confined spaces).
- Willingness to work extended hours and night shifts during critical execution windows.

- Experience in mission-critical environments.
- Technical training, apprenticeship, or vocational education in electrical, controls, or construction.
