What you will do

• Lead advanced Revit modeling, drawing development, coordination, and early engineering support (calculations, research, specs) in your discipline with independence.
• Manage model health, run clash tests in Navisworks, resolve issues, and drive cross-discipline coordination.
• Estimate efforts, sequence tasks, distribute work, and support project management within scope.
• Contribute to hirify.global standards by refining workflows, templates, and submitting GitHub Pull Requests based on project lessons.
• Mentor Designer I/II on modeling, documentation, and coordination; participate in training journeys.
• Handle multiple projects, maintain accurate time/expense tracking, and align with OKRs.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent; 4+ years AEC experience with strong Revit proficiency, coordinated modeling, construction docs.
• Advanced Revit skills; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Experience leading BIM coordination (clash detection, model review); model health management (worksets, warnings, views).
• Technical understanding of technology systems; ability to perform calculations, product research, device layouts.
• Strong organizational/communication skills for multi-project management and team collaboration.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Technology systems design experience (Telecom/ICT, AV, Security, etc.).
• Industry certifications: EIT, CDT, CTS (AV), RCDD (Telecom), PSP/CPP (Security), PE.
