Location: Hybrid (New York, United States)

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000

What you will do

  • Own the health, retention, and expansion pipeline across a mid-market customer portfolio.
  • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for in-region customers, building relationships with operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop structured account plans to drive adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.
  • Lead end-to-end renewal cycles, forecasting risk and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Identify and champion expansion opportunities by partnering with Product to position additional solutions.
  • Run strategic business reviews to demonstrate ROI and strengthen executive alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of forecasting pipelines accurately and mitigating churn risk.
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities and insights into tangible business value for customers.
  • Experience conducting strategic business reviews and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Proficiency in using AI-based productivity, customer engagement, and analytics tools.
  • Must be based in New York, United States for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Knowledge or experience in AML, particularly within crypto or financial services.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or digital assets.
  • Interest in public speaking and representing the company at industry events.
