Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Own the health, retention, and expansion pipeline across a mid-market customer portfolio.
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for in-region customers, building relationships with operational and executive stakeholders.
- Develop structured account plans to drive adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.
- Lead end-to-end renewal cycles, forecasting risk and negotiating commercial terms.
- Identify and champion expansion opportunities by partnering with Product to position additional solutions.
- Run strategic business reviews to demonstrate ROI and strengthen executive alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of forecasting pipelines accurately and mitigating churn risk.
- Ability to translate technical product capabilities and insights into tangible business value for customers.
- Experience conducting strategic business reviews and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Proficiency in using AI-based productivity, customer engagement, and analytics tools.
- Must be based in New York, United States for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Knowledge or experience in AML, particularly within crypto or financial services.
- Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or digital assets.
- Interest in public speaking and representing the company at industry events.
