Location: Hybrid/Remote. Must be based in the USA (California, New York) or Canada (Montréal)

Salary: $111,000 – $167,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans aligned with customer business objectives and long-term outcomes.
  • Drive efficient onboarding and product adoption to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Establish multi-threaded relationships and lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
  • Analyze usage trends and KPIs to deliver actionable ROI insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management engaging with large enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presentation and facilitation skills.
  • High technical aptitude with experience in Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience in Media & Entertainment or familiarity with music/video production workflows is a plus
