What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of the student housing portfolio to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Supervise and support Portfolio and Property Managers, providing guidance on leasing strategies and budgeting.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including occupancy, pre-leasing velocity, rental rates, and NOI.
• Lead the development and oversight of annual operating budgets and forecasts for the entire portfolio.
• Oversee leasing and marketing strategies to ensure properties remain competitive in their markets.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operational standards, maintenance quality, and resident experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in property management or real estate operations overseeing a portfolio.
• Strong understanding of multifamily and/or student housing operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing property management teams.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata and advanced Excel skills.
• Must be based in Miami for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
