What you will do

• Launch and scale operations in Florida with a founding-team buildout, including hiring, securing the fleet and chauffeurs, and preparing for the first ride.
• Own Florida P&L and the brand, setting service standards and driving growth across Miami, Palm Beach, and key seasonal moments.
• Run and coordinate four local teams: Driver Operations, Quality & Training (Chauffeur Academy), Sales (hirify.global for Business), and Marketing.
• Own the offline product for Florida: pricing, availability, and fleet composition.
• Drive business development by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead regulatory strategy for Florida licensing and compliance, and represent the business externally via press, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Based in Miami; South Florida residency is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics.
• Minimum 7 years total experience, including 5+ years in high-growth tech, investment banking, strategy consulting, VC, or private equity.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
