What you will do

• Own end-to-end service delivery, enforce and improve SOPs, establish accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Design and run operating rhythm: weekly reviews, project check-ins, commitment tracking, decision forums.
• Translate goals into quarterly/monthly plans with clear owners, timelines, and definitions of done; hold team accountable.
• Refine company scorecard on revenue, pipeline, client health, delivery quality; ensure data accuracy and decision-making.
• Implement decision frameworks, coach functional leads on metrics and operational maturity; partner on capacity planning.

Requirements

• 7–10 years in operations leadership in tech-enabled services or similar at $1–10M ARR.
• Experience inheriting and scaling existing SOPs, tools, data into operating systems.
• Proven track record owning performance metrics: service quality, delivery, revenue, retention.
• Direct experience managing/coaching leads in service delivery, operations, analytics.
• Integrator mindset: connect functions, unblock work, enforce processes with clarity.
• Data-literate, execution-focused, high ownership, coaching skills.
