Salary: $15.22 - $18.27 hourly

What you will do

• Ensure the store is opened, closed, and secured each business day.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through rentals, protection plans, and other merchandise.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by helping customers find the right storage solutions.
• Process payments, balance receipts, and complete bank deposit drops.
• Perform property walkthroughs to conduct safety inspections, lock checks, and cleaning.
• Perform light maintenance including mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning bathrooms.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Strong customer service skills and communication required.
• Proven ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday to travel to vendors and/or other worksites.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Ability to regularly perform indoors and outdoors with exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
