Partner Director, AWS SI Partnership (AI): Leading and scaling relationships with AWS-focused systems integrators to drive hirify.global adoption and revenue growth with an accent on co-sell execution and ecosystem strategy. Focus on building repeatable GTM motions, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and translating partnership strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office); must be based in San Francisco or New York City

Salary: $266,000 – $380,000 USD + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead and scale relationships with AWS-focused practices within Global Systems Integrators (SIs) to accelerate hirify.global-powered solutions.
  • Drive co-sell engagement and operational discipline via AWS ACE, Marketplace, and partner attribution workflows.
  • Enable SI partners on hirify.global positioning, technical capabilities, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Partner with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to support strategic enterprise AI deployments.
  • Develop scalable sales plays, enablement materials, and executive engagement strategies for partners.
  • Translate partner and customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product and GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in partnerships, cloud alliances, or GTM roles within SaaS, AI, or platform businesses.
  • Significant experience working with Global Systems Integrators and AWS cloud practices.
  • Strong familiarity with AWS co-sell motions, including ACE, Marketplace, and partner funding models.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue outcomes through strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs) in technically informed strategic conversations.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.
