TL;DR

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $150K – $220K + Equity

What you will do

  • Operationalize partnerships with enterprise technology leaders to embed hirify.global into sales motions and joint GTM strategies.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with business development leaders and sales teams within priority technology partners.
  • Create a roadmap for partnership initiatives, including strategic priorities, timelines, and KPIs for revenue and user growth.
  • Organize and attend partner events, including technical enablements, conferences, and sales kickoffs.
  • Design and deliver technical training programs for partner engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Enterprise Account Management in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive adoption and revenue for complex or early-stage products.
  • Expertise in operational program design, including onboarding journeys, certification, QBRs, and playbooks.
  • Experience maximizing enterprise partner programs, such as marketplaces, co-marketing, and co-selling.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to operate in ambiguity and scale foundational systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Understanding of foundation AI model capabilities and enterprise AI adoption patterns.
  • Track record of structuring innovative deals involving revenue sharing, co-innovation, or non-standard commercial structures.
