What you will do

• Provide advice, guidance, and support for assigned business areas regarding compliance.
• Support the implementation of new regulations and the delivery of the Annual Compliance Plan.
• Assist in the identification, monitoring, and reporting of regulatory codes and laws impacting reinsurance.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and board members.
• Maintain compliance registers and conduct testing of key controls in liaison with risk and audit teams.
• Promote a robust, transparent compliance and risk culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Achieved or predicted three A-levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications (BTEC, T Level, or Advanced Apprenticeship).
• Must be based in or able to work from London to support hybrid office attendance.
• Strong problem-solving and numeracy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and motivation to develop a career in compliance and risk management.

Nice to have

• Prior experience within the insurance or reinsurance market.
