TL;DR
Compliance Intern Compliance Intern (AI Cloud): Supporting compliance operations for AI cloud infrastructure with an accent on KYC, risk, privacy, information security, and audit readiness. Focus on researching regulatory requirements, maintaining evidence and documentation, assessing internal controls, and improving compliance processes.
Location: Helsinki, Finland; hybrid work with three days per week in the Helsinki office

is building full-stack AI cloud infrastructure spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.
What you will do
- Support recurring compliance activities and operational compliance processes across the business.
- Maintain compliance documentation, records, and evidence.
- Assist with KYC processes, compliance reviews, and internal control assessments.
- Research regulatory and compliance requirements and summarize relevant findings.
- Prepare evidence for audits and certification activities while tracking actions, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Work with internal teams to collect information, identify process gaps, and support compliance projects.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort researching unfamiliar topics.
- Good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through independently, and ask for clarification when needed.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Availability to work in hybrid mode from the Helsinki office three days per week.
Nice to have
- Interest in compliance, risk, privacy, security, or regulation.
- Exposure to KYC, AML, GDPR, or information security concepts.
- Familiarity with technology or SaaS businesses and documentation or process-management tools.
- Exposure to ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
- Experience in a fast-moving or international environment.
