What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Elder Council members and Community Based Organizations.
• Conduct community research and develop partnerships to support annual activity plans.
• Manage Member Advisory Committee recruitment and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Own and execute member feedback and research campaigns using data and analytics tools.
• Maintain accurate records, budget oversight, and develop consistent operating procedures (SOPs).
• Travel to Elder Council markets to support development and entry.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, including detailed note-taking and action item tracking.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using data and analytics tools to inform decisions.
• Ability to simplify and articulate complex information.
• Comfort working in a dynamic startup environment.
• Must be based in the USA.
