TL;DR

Member Benefits Specialist (Partnerships/Operations): Supporting the execution and optimization of vendor partnerships and member benefit programs with an accent on partnership operations and member benefit execution. Focus on managing account maintenance in Salesforce and Monday.com, coordinating vendor onboarding, and ensuring contract commitments are met.

Location: Remote (USA), but must be able to work on-site at the Arlington, VA office as needed and travel occasionally nationwide.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

What you will do

  • Maintain day-to-day account data for vendor partners using Salesforce and Monday.com.
  • Track and manage benefit inventory across email, social media, and event sponsorships.
  • Handle inbound interest from prospective partners and facilitate the preliminary qualification workflow.
  • Prepare Due Diligence and Eligibility Reports and support yearly contract auditing processes.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new vendor partners and coordinate website setup.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Communications team to ensure smooth benefit launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or nonprofit operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or account coordination.
  • 1+ years of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA as needed and travel nationwide.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting nonprofits, associations, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Knowledge of the yoga, wellness, retail, or insurance landscapes.
