What you will do

• Lead design and delivery of complex ML and GenAI systems, ensuring reproducibility, reliability, and production readiness.
• Guide team in end-to-end model development from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
• Drive architectural decisions and trade-offs for AI-driven applications.
• Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews, and build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape roadmaps and deliver business impact.
• Champion coding standards, CI/CD, observability, and AI/ML adoption across the company.

Requirements

• Location: London (Hybrid)
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred) and deep AI/ML, GenAI, data/infra knowledge.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/GenAI systems in production, ideally in finance or data-heavy domains.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and MLOps practices.
• Thrive in collaborative, startup-style environment.
