What you will do

• Manage architectural scope across concept, schematic, and detailed design phases for new builds and expansions.
• Own architectural deliverables, issue resolution, RFIs, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate requirements with internal Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations teams.
• Lead coordination with external architecture and engineering partners across CSA, MEP, and structural workstreams.
• Review drawings and specifications for completeness, constructability, and code compliance.
• Support architectural due diligence for greenfield, brownfield, and colocation opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing design and delivery for mission-critical facilities, specifically data centers.
• Proven experience coordinating external A/E firms and driving drawing packages from concept through construction.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. state and local code requirements.
• Demonstrated project management capability in schedule control, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with colocation leasing due diligence and landlord coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM and clash coordination workflows.
• Exposure to construction-stage field support and design issue resolution.
