What you will do

• Lead Salesforce technical implementations focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning.
• Manage Salesforce projects in an Agile environment ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee deployment automation and integration using DevOps and middleware tools.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Salesforce platforms.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Jose, California, United States
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Technical Architect and other Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Admin).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning.
• Strong project management skills with Agile methodology experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, DevOps tools, and middleware integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in managerial or leadership roles.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and marketing platforms.
