What you will do

• Apply standard engineering principles and techniques to routine assignments in support of business objectives.
• Perform primary analyses to develop design options and recommendations for structures, systems, and components.
• Manage capital procurement projects for manufacturing line updates and installations.
• Conduct feasibility studies, determine manpower and cost estimates, and develop engineering criteria.
• Execute independent problem-solving solutions and provide basic engineering coaching to others.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve project results and adhere to quality processes.

Requirements

• Engineering or Technical degree from an accredited program.
• At least 5 years of applicable engineering experience.
• Experience participating in and leading projects.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and their practical application.
• Strong communication skills to interact with production, engineering, and management levels.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hildebran, NC.

Nice to have

• Database experience, including knowledge of SQL queries.
• Additional project management experience.
